Shipping
The delivery service is handled by CTT Expresso (or another logistics partner). The delivery day and time will be defined by the carrier company. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging and products to verify their condition or any potential damage. If any discrepancies are noticed in the box or damage to the products, the customer is responsible for notifying the driver, referencing the damage in the proof of delivery document, and informing Entre Pratos within 24 hours.

Delivery Times
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as festive periods, items will be delivered within a maximum of 2 to 8 working days after the order payment. If a delay occurs due to force majeure, Entre Pratos commits to informing the customer and making every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged per order, and the amount will be shown before order confirmation.
